Can I remove the nest myself or should I call a professional?

We strongly recommend hiring a licensed professional. DIY removal can be dangerous, especially for aerial or wall void nests, and may provoke an aggressive swarm.
How do you treat or remove the nest safely?

We use industry-approved tools and residual products to eliminate the colony. Depending on nest location, we may use direct treatment, dusts, aerosols, or access-specific methods. Safety is always our priority.
How quickly can you come out and take care of the issue?

In peak season, we aim to schedule/ Provide same-day or next-day service (24-48 Hour Turn around). Emergency visits may be available depending on severity and location.
What products or chemicals do you use—are they safe for pets and kids?

Yes, we use EPA-registered products that are applied following strict safety guidelines. We always advise keeping pets and children away from treated areas for a short period after service.
Will one treatment be enough, or do I need ongoing service?

Most nests can be eliminated with a single treatment. However, if nests keep returning year after year, our seasonal/Home protection plans may be a better long-term solution.
